Flo Hoylman has been experimenting with fiber arts and crafts for most of her life.

She moved to the houseboat community seven years ago, and started creating felt jewelry and other fun felt items about four years ago. Flo's work is a combination of water and needle felting. Many of her pieces have won prizes in the Marin County Fair.
