10th Annual Artists of Issaquah
Art Show on April 28th
Sausalito, CA…On Saturday, April 28, 2012 Sausalito’s colorful floating homes community will present the Artists of Issaquah free art exhibition from 11 am to 5 pm. Guests will have an opportunity to view and purchase a wide variety of outstanding art, while getting a rare chance to step inside some of the most unique homes in the world.
The Sausalito floating homes community includes over 400 houseboats and boasts a rich history of creative expression. The 21 resident artists from the floating homes community will be showing fused glass, multi-media work, paintings, photography and sculpture at very reasonable prices.
Six new artists with be joining the fifteen returning artists. The new artists are Acrylic & Oil Paint: Francoise Castro, Fused Glass: Mark Levy, Oil Paint: Bill Kirsch, Plein Air: Elaine West and Watercolors: Cameron Duncan and Gail Hicks.
Returning artists are Acrylic Paint: Jarl Forsman, Lisa Manthe, Steve Sekhon, Felted Accessories: Flo Hoylman, Mixed Media: Jim Woessner, Pen and Ink: Barbara Duncan, Photography: Rainbow Aquarius, Ricardo Castro, Ric Miller and Emily Riddell, Poetry and Photography: Malia Van Nuis-Dailey, Turned Wooden Bowls: Tomas Ludlum, Watercolor: Gabrielle Moore-Gordon, Patricia Lawrence and Annie Sutter.
Directions: Take the Sausalito/Marin City exit from Highway 101, go straight ahead into the Waldo Point Harbor parking lot; park anywhere; take the Issaquah Dock entry bridge
